If people are dumb enough to get scammed who fucking cares?
In tourist areas people love to get scammed. There's a funny documentary where they're exposing beach vendors in Mallorca, they're buying (no joke) a bottle of Korean Sangria for 2,95 Euro in the supermarket from which they're getting 6 cups out of, and sell them on the beach to tourists as authentic Spanish Sangria for 5 Euros per cup
(so they're making 30 Euros turnover from a 2,95 Euro investment)
If you go on vacation, be prepared to get scammed by the locals, many make a living from that (always new clueless foreigners coming in willing to pay
