I used to do this to myself for fun and games Another tactic to make life more colorful is dopamine deprivation to sensitize yourself to stimuli, e.g. no internet like tiktok reels, no music, bland food with no salt or spices, no sex... then when you introduce say spices it's pure heaven LOL.
