i take a calculated jump in the weights i use (20% or 30%)
after that any increase is in the amount of reps.
when i come off only the # of reps i do with the now 30% more weight goes down. (reps go down..weight stays same)
You clearly say that when you come off only the number of reps goes down, NOT THE WEIGHTS!
"Weight stays the same" - you say
Now you are saying that you didn't say that. You lying sack of shit!!!
Are you completely insane.
Some people come here to learn and discuss. You're ad hominem attacks aren't just counter-productive they are stupid and prove without a doubt that you are an idiot. A lot of us give weight to first-hand accounts of experiences other bodybuilders may have had. When you make up shit for some insane reason (loneliness?), you are really doing harm to these people.
If you are lonely, then join a gay chat board, sissyboy. Maybe they will be impressed when you tell them about your amazing gains.
And div, re-read his post please, you obviously didn't understand what he said
