I think this is where it can get a little confusing. The pattern is that trans shooters are generally school shooters that have premeditated, planned attacks with a motive and manifesto detailing how, when and where. Mass shootings are made up, it's an arbitrary number (4+) to manipulate statistics. The media will often report "school mass shooting". That will get reported, inner city shootings often will go unreported. It's a game.
