I think without oil we wouldn't be seeing any impressive arms on stage these days, oil is an essential part of building thick and peaked guns, you can't target that with training.

I know, I know, for a Mr O, but still he does have a 'pleasant' physique. If he had one hell of a back he would be even better, and Mr Os should have the best back in the line-up imho :D

He had some kind of falling-out with Milos and Milos was crushed but Milos was still saying he could win and he did. I didn't analyze the show that much but IIRC there weren't that many complaints; a competitor can't choose his competition.
