My greatest hope is to simply make a full recovery and to start working out again just to look good in my senior years..............and yes,I pray to Jesus/God many times a day,every day.

I`m presently not supposed to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk and nothing very heavy for 6 months or so..............but I know it won`t take me that long.

I hope this does not weird you out but when you were gone for surgery I kept not wanting to lift but somehow found the drive because I knew if you were here instead of sick with cancer youd be killing it and so I refused to waste the time and opportunity I was blessed with.
