Do Cheque drops even exist anymore?

Late 80s or early 90s reference. Anyone have any actual info they’re still being distributed much less in Moldova. AI says very unlikely.

Occassionally they show up on some ug lists. Naps may have them come to think of it. Pretty rare compound. Naps ships from moldova btw.
