They really think it bothers me that my abs are surpar but I could care less

What is funny is that I had plenty peeps in the swing clubs in Russia tell me my abs were very nice

I'd rather listen to real life experiences then some shits here on this site who hate my guts

Is this is a genetic issue or do you just not train them?  They definitely look like the abs of someone who can deadlift nothing and I'm wondering if you're selling yourself a bit short by having no abs.  It's the main thing that people go on about, when they are lean and it is most definitely the main thing that gets you the womens.

I am already using multiple things to increase appetite I have used ghelrin GHRP6 before so well aware of increasing appetite. I am also using multiple things that increase metabolism many with thermogenic properties and I am working out high reps and volume eod so yes I am absolutely burning a lot more calories than your average Joe. I use a scale that does bodyfat and metabolic Base it literally tells me my maintenance calories based on the simple formula but that assumes no activity. It says I have the metabolism of a 12 year old

I already have 2 of your so called pharma solutions in my stack and a 3rd in a drawer

Legal as legal can be as you can see I am prescribed 300mg a week or 1.5cc of 200mg as I stated I usually take 2cc. So I guess I am using 400mg currently or .5cc extra a week but they give me enough refills so that works out just fine. So when you guys day a Dr will only prescribe 100mg for TRT you are simply wrong. When they prescribe enanthate its 250mg but the cyp is 200 plus dhea

Use a decline slant board for sit-ups.

Don't go all the way down, try to mostly keep constant tension.

I also do standing side bends holding 20 kg plates separately on each side and they don't thicken my waist, actually tightened it.

They look pretty ok to me here

Upper abs are definitely there

I'm bout 8-9% here once I'm down to 5-6% there will be a bigger diff

Simply reducing bodyfat is not enough, the actual muscles have to be developed so they become more visible.

I've tried not training them as well, they get some indirect work from other exercises but the results are nowhere near the same.

You only have so much training reserves per week and I dedicate all of it to my arms and delts

Legs are worked by walking 10000+ steps most days

old school exercises but still do the job  :) although i used to do crunches & reverse crunches.. very effective. Nowadays i just alternate hanging leg raises on the bench supporting my elbows & the next session Roman Chair sit ups on a small slant board i have.

Highly unlikely a set of sit-ups to failure would crush your CNS.

I do them after squats and training back.
