I sparred with him 4–5 times, and after our very first sparring session, he told me straight up: “You are brave.” A coach doesn’t hand out words like that for no reason.

He can also tell you how my punching skills were — my technique, my hand speed, and my power, etc. I only trained with him for a couple of months, so I’m not claiming I’m a polished boxer — but he’ll back me on the fact that I showed up, worked hard, threw correct punches, and never backed down.

So if you really believe I’m a coward or that I can’t punch, go ahead and ask him yourself.

Which of these can we check?  No pic/video of deca or dumbbells or shoulder width or Flat video (other than the original which was didn't prove it was his).  Also no video of hand speed/hitting the bag, no one is going to stalk some polish guy who won't even know who he is.
