Went up way easier than the 505 or 501. I wonder how many mgs of cheque drops, halo and whatever else were consumed along with the 10 meals a day.

He made it look so easy like he could do 515 or even 520.

When bhanks used straps we told him it didn't count.

Impressive deadlift. Looks like he might be able to pull 520-525 kg.

The 10 meals are showing.  I think he's fatter than he's ever been.

Insanely impressive lift, though.  It went up almost too easy.  He should have tried for 520.

Three-layer suit, which doesn't change the fact that no one else in the world can do it anyway

There is a difference between a strongman deadlift and a powerlifting deadlift. bhank is no strongman or powerlifter.

He had one suit on, then a soft belt that is pretty wide, then his standard powerlifting belt. Pretty typical strongman set up, I didn't catch anything special compared to other strongman deadlifts.

I get more out of a deadlift suit than anyone has ever heard of, or did. However in general in deads the suits don't add much, some even prefer going without given the choice. You don't bounce off the suit like you do in the squat or bench.

Absolute insanity with the deadlift here.

Any guesses what his drug regiment would look like for this?

I think extremely high testosterone obviously but I mean really EXTREME LOL. I think a ton of Anadrol leading up to it but could be some other oral. Lots of insulin for sheer size but also out of necessity to protect the organs. Probably lots of interventions to try to maintain some insulin sensitivity too. dj is probably thinking of cheque drops and methyltren and the like but while that comes into play you simply need a lot of bulk to move these weights; nervous system manipulation would be a relatively minor factor IMHO.

What I'd really like to know is the "death prevention plan" because  I'm positive it has been given a lot of thought. Heart and cardio related meds and interventions.

Tren would be in there surely too? I met a nutcase who said he took like 1.5gms of oral tren the day of the comp, said his ears were ringing.
