Not for nothing but even with 12 hours sleep it seems you’ve got plenty of time to go to the gym, even if it’s far. I’ve ridden the bus an hour each way multiple times in my life for gym. And this was before phones to pass the time.
Ill be moving into a less expensive place.within a few weeks so hopefully there will be a closer gym nearby although I do like training at home with my dumbbells in fact I just did db rows for my back
