Looks interesting. He left out a lot in his presentation:
  • Battery Life?
  • Does it tint in the Sun? Can you tint the glasses on demand?
  • How will it work with people that are nearsighted or farsighted?
  • What's the audio quality when it is not connected to larger speakers?
  • Does it work with Airplay? Airplay is superior to Bluetooth because it can utilize WIFI's higher bandwidth - but I think it draws more power

There was a study which showed a lot of dopamine release, along with 5 other "happy" neurotransmitters or similar, when people wear VR goggles. This is a lot more mental stimulation than from basically any other piece of tech. So Meta and others are not trying to make it convenient for us to be efficient - e.g. checking emails on the bus with these glasses, they are trying to get us hooked on their tech.

That's how I see it.
