⚡ Harry Da Souza (Tom Hardy)
Physique / Build: Tom Hardy has trained for Bane, Venom, Warrior — he packs dense muscle, powerlifter-ish strength.
Deadlift: Harry would dominate here. Hardy is known to pull heavy in real life, and the character’s “fixer” mentality screams grit + raw strength. Easily the best deadlifter of the three.
Bench: Solid, thick chest and triceps, but he’s more full-body brute strength than pure pusher. Still strong, but not his main edge.
🦊 Conrad Harrigan (Pierce Brosnan)
Physique / Build: Brosnan is suave, not swole. Conrad’s strength is power over people, not plates.
Deadlift: Not his arena. He’s more the guy in the tailored suit sipping whiskey while others move the iron.
Bench: Same story — he’s a tactician, not a gym rat. Might surprise with some old-school grit, but he’s nowhere near Harry or Richie physically.
🩸 Richie Stevenson (Geoff Bell)
Physique / Build: Leaner, scrappy, street-muscle type. He’s wiry, explosive, probably a grinder in a fight.
Deadlift: Strong for his size, but not moving Hardy-level plates. He’d go high-rep gritty rather than max-weight glory.
Bench: Probably his best lift — compact chest, wiry arms, “fight-ready” strength. He could out-bench Conrad, but not Harry.
🏆 Strength Rankings
Deadlift King → Harry (raw brute pulling power)
Bench Boss → Harry again, though Richie gives more fight than Conrad.
Overall Strength → Harry, by a long shot.
Conrad’s strength is all mind games and power plays, not barbells. Richie’s got that street tough strength, but Harry’s the one who could walk into a gym and make the barbell bend.
