People can argue and obfuscate all they want for political purposes but it's pretty hard to argue that there is no risk with this showing Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Mt. Sinai, and Columbia research:

This is crazy that this much research has been done and the media is blasting Trump as a liar.

Just ask AI. There’s been a federal lawsuit going on about this stuff since 2022. Big money involved as always.

What is the risk you'd find acceptable to have an autistic kid?  10%? 20%  Even it was less than 5% wouldn't you just avoid it unless absolutely necessary?

Lots of drugs say don't take when pregnant since it hasn't been investigated and judged safe. I saw that docs say there's a risk running a fever when pregnant also so you have to judge based on that, what is likely more harmful. I've mentioned pregnancy and folic acid a while back and I think RFK now talked about a form of folic acid to take when pregnant to avoid autism and so on. I've seen the claim frequently that the autism diagnoses have gone up due to more screening as well as a broadening of the definition of autism.

And govt benefits being tied to the diagnosis?

Seriously how much do you trust the medical profession at this point when it comes to anything politically charged?  It’s so hard, lots of amazing stuff being done for cancers and operations and even the GLP weight loss stuff, but also pushing way past sawbones into politics.

OK, this is where they're going off the rails. The whole autism/vaccines etc bullshit was debunked. Thoroughly.

Not to be confused with the c-vid Vax which is an entirely different animal altogether and problems with that vaxx are a separate problem. Being anti-vaxx doesn't necessarily mean you're anti-vax. If you catch my drift.

Sighting the Amish, especially anecdotaly is laughable. Have the Amish even heard of autism. You know what else the Amish don't have? Heart disease, cancer, emphysema, COPD, erectile dysfunction, auto immune diseases, I could go on. If you get sick and NEVER go to a doctor, and never get diagnosed of course you'll never have anything except for people who 1. Die of old age or 2 People who die suddenly.  Lol.

Fucking A citing the Amish as a basis for any argument around medicine is really not a good look.

I have said many times let me make my own decisions when it comes to doctors, treatments and medicines. Don't force me to take some bullshit Vax but don't restrict options that could be helpful.

Honestly, when it comes to illnesses, odd behavioral disorders, mental illness, hormonal imbalances,  we are fucked, all the micro plastics in our food and water, all the antibiotics, all the pollution, I mean I don't even know where to begin. Just look at the typical teenage boy today versus 100 years ago, or even the typical 20 or 30 year old. I mean there's definitely something in the water that isn't adding up.

I'm wary of all information from all sides. You could make the argument, rightly or wrongly, that this autism-Tylenol link being raised now is also political. A certain someone is always after "wins" and accolades and trying to deflect from other issues. Like I said I don't, at this time, know where the truth lies on this specific issue. Lots of conspiracy theorists are wary of the GLP-1 drugs too as I'm sure you know. The pharma companies might be burying and concealing side effect data from the drugs as they have so often in the past with other drugs, so we are left to do risk vs reward assessments ourselves. If I didn't have pancreatitis I would be on GLP-1 drugs, probably retatrutide, right now even if I didn't want or need to lose weight. Now there's going to be combo products with IGF-1 signaling effects to actually increase muscle mass instead of losing it with e.g. Ozempic 8)
