The power of anabolics..  no matter how hard you try to keep you muscles in mid-section small controlled and in place, they just keep growing .... but if is arms, back chest etc. that's hard work and proper nutrition.

Kovacs was 400 pounds.

Nick is a midget and he's way less muscular than somebody like Kai Greene or even Dennis James, lmao.
