i saw some shit like that this morning at the grocery store... these animals have zero impulse control.. mad because she got id'd for whatever, didnt have it, and fuckin flipped.. dis some buulshit guy, i dont give a fuck guy..i be 35 years ol guy.. all the greatest hits lol.

Should an Impulse-control meter be applied to society?
If not reaching a certain treshold, maybe deportation or incarceration is the solution of Peace?
