Sadly, CBum couldn't answer the danm question ....  he said he got injured, he fasted for 80 days etc etc bunch of BS nothing to do with HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE .

Like Bob Paris once said; that's rented muscles, you stop the sauce it all goes away ....

I'll say 3 months or even less than that will deflate an Olympian winning physique

Take Arnold, he won his 6th Olympia on November 8th 1975 (looks like he quit steroids right there)
by first week of February 76 ' there's pictures of him skinny, long haired ... he was in actor mode, and his agent landed him some acting gigs for commercials, so he did some adds to reach mainstream audiences for burgers. cigarettes, soda  etc they all wanted him to show his muscular body; however that was rapidly gone, he only flexed his bicep like 17 inches at the time!  just 3 months after winning the O at the age of 28!

But that was 50 years ago ...

Well look at VanMulger. He had an amazing fitness/classic physique - and see what happened when off the juice, careless lifestyle, etc. Decline can happen very fast.

Without the drugs he looks like an ordinary Joe who works out a few times a week while spending most gym time looking at his phone.

Obviously it depends. Saw a friend the other day and was shocked to find out he had come off all gear for 6 months as he looked normal for him still. He was looking to get on TRT and he had blood work he showed me at several points since he got off, test was like 100 if 300 is the lowest normal. But often if everything is stopped and lifting too and they totally let go mentally they might lose 30lbs "overnight" and look untrained within weeks. Get a bit sick or start hard partying or starve and things deteriorate faster.

Put a deflated bb back on the sauce and you can literally see him inflate by the hour. See him after 1-2 weeks and he's a different person.

if you drop all gear , eat 2500k cals a day and dont lift you will be back to where you started in 6 months or less.

If you went back to the gym started gear you would be back to your drugged up self in 3 months regardless of diet

Several weeks off exogenous here, balls are big, dick plenty stiff if needed but practising retention. Muscle mass reducing but have not attempted to force feed to maintain or stay on top of weekly heavy compound lifts. Taking Tongat Ali, will stay off till December or Janurary or who knows. Feeling a bit skinny at this point but loose shoulders for boxing.

when people decide to stop drugs they go one of two ways
They either get fat as fuck to try and convince people they are still big
They decide that they need to downsize as quickly as possible by taking up running or hiking and try and convince themselves and everyone else that they are not shinking because they stopped the gear
