I am happy Bhanks stuck to his word and delivered the world's most ugly squat on Crimbo day. His poor body must be in bits though.

I've done many, many ugly squats and deadlifts.  I'm not proud of that or anything but I just testify that it isn't the case that you immediately injure yourself, doing an ugly lift.  He'll probably be okay.  I do think he is cruising for the bruising now if he doesn't stop and get a better base but perhaps he will feel more comfortable doing that now.

No one sent me to do anything. Brian went dark recently after admitting to me something big happened in his life. The last thing he said to me was he congratulated me on getting my home gym going with some new equipment.

Whatever your personal vendetta is against him just drop it. I doubt he will ever come back here tbh, he gains nothing. And people like you will never give him another chance.

Keep in mind I was one of his biggest haters for a very long time. Eventually I just respected the fuck out of how he carries in with his kid and being nearly 50, and I messaged him couple weeks out from his recent show and unbelievably he was more or less clueless on contest prep. Water loading/depleting, sodium loading/depleting just totally in the dark. But willing to get on stage anyway.

Why?

 Because he loves bodybuilding.

He knew he was not going to place well but still he did his best. Maybe the advice I gave him helped a little maybe not but he seemed willing to listen to me despite our history.

Over a short period of time the glimpse into his life I got I came away liking him even more.

Now, sadly, he's literally vanished and it's for his benefit sure. And a loss for us.

Let's think a minute here, getbig is treating guys like him like total shit, yet "38 returns" whoever the fuck you are and whatever the fuck reason you keep coming here (I've no reason to believe you even lift weights) you get to troll and drive away good content providers.

And? I'm 220lbs and barely squatting 225 for 6 right now. Make fun of me all you want. I give zero fucks. I know he is a perfectly functional human being in many ways - but a lot of semi autistic people are.

I know, years back he was fighting with me on meso. It was comical. He was a finance guy who ran marathons and would kick my ass just before running a 50k or something. It was hilarious. He's much more docile irl. I think he puts on a show here for whatever reason. Maybe entertainment. Maybe he has thin skin. Who knows.
