"Today for breakfast I had 4 large cups of coffee with 2 15g scoops of whey isolate /casein/milk isolate and 1 15g scoops of collagen per coffee. I also added leucine peptides to one cup and citrilline peptides to another. I had 3 pieces of bacon and two waffles for breakfast with butter and 6oz of potatoes and 4 sausage links.
I then had a New York strip for lunch with baked beans plus 2 more cups of coffee with protein and collagen
Pork chop with beans and rice for dinner plus a grilled cheese. Late night I had 3 more pieces of bacon with biscuits extra butter.
I had about 4/5 liters of Gatorade throughout the day. Total butter consumption was I stick.
I need to buy some decaf so I can drink 2 more cups before bed going forward as I struggle to sleep in the am because I am so hungry. I need the casein late night and milk doesnt sit right
Weight is steady very lean in the am. The protein is turning me into steel. My strength is dramatically improving and the collagen and Omega 3 has my osteoarthritis and degenerative disc pains disappearing. So far no digestion or bloating issues at all.
