Hes never done a session of squats with multiple sets, same with most exercises he films.
Thats why he liked strict curl, minimal effort and just throwing weight on the bar and going for it.
I bet hes never done a full session with a few excercises of 4 sets per excercise and 3 body parts, hes way too lazy for that.
he even started a thread "I bet half of you didnt even lift today" and then hardly ever posted a routine in it
