It's quite surprising how off centre his head is.  His pecs / shoulders on his left are just flat out larger in terms of structure.

You can see how he might have suffered pec tears - he looks like he is operating with about 80% of the pec muscle - it's not just the tear, they are outright smaller.

He genuinely reminds me of one trap man

Nevertheless, he doesn't look all that bad and legs look a bit better - don't seem to have any symmetry issues, which is odd.  Looks like he developed when he was growing up with a bias on the left.

I have to say, this is almost as good as a law degree, so I'll award him an honorary bachelors degree in thongian combat\
