I see a lot of dudes talking shit saying my chest is garbage and I am small. They know I had surgery on my chest in November 2024. What they don't know is I had a 2nd procedure to clean up complications from the 1st on my chest April 21st. I had to take 2 more months off after that before I could do any training. The chest is smaller but structurally it is improved. I will have more mass in chest shoulders and arms next time. My training was very limited with light weights due to the tendon being new things will be different in another 6 months. Legs are also strengthening rapidly with new squat rack expect more improvement there and I have a lat pulldown cable system now. Again, though training was limited due to chest. I did the best I could right now. Also going to pay for the pro photo shoot right after prelims next time before I blow up the belly for finals. I will do better next time. Meanwhile I don't see the haters talking shit about me doing shit themselves. They don't post their lifts or physique updates or compete in bodybuilding or any powerlifting. They all just claim to be in better shape and stronger no actual lifts updates or shows just empty challenges.

Jeff can not squat 315lbs for a single much less reps but wants to talk shit. SC is a fake natty who keeps claiming to be in the best shape but will not step on stage and never shows his physique torso. Josh keeps claiming he wants to have a strength challenge but has not posted a lift ever. I posted 315lbs for 4 full deep reps squats go ahead and start with that you fat slob. Stop pretending you are in any kind of shape with your t shirt on. Wes never had any legs in any stage pics I have ever seen so he can sit his old ass down next to Jeff.
Today matters I am in decent shape today these guys are not. 38 is another slob with a big belly hernia who wants to pretend he is some big man in shape he is another joke as bad as Josh just a fat old man. Chaos can not even bench press 275lbs today. None of these dudes can do any better but all want to talk shit. By all means get on stage you fat fucking slobs or post some lifts and not trap deadlifts SC we all have seen that.

You want to call me weak lets see you squat 315 for reps to start. Go ahead and hit a strict curl anytime you feel up to challenging me or keep pretending Josh isnt a fat fucking slob he is so strong lets see him lift anything at all. Why not get on stage SC since you are so great and so much better pretty sure dude is a 5 foot nothing dwarf anyway? Just a bunch of soggy old jealous haters posting pics from 1985 most of them don't even lift

I would love to see everyone of them post their curent squats and stage pics but that wont happen yet they got a lot to say about mine
Thanks to Mike Rogers though he actually helped me out and gave me some great advice and encouragement. I was really dry without a diuretic that morning from it

This is pure comedy.

Hankins has obviously been lurking getbig hard for the past few weeks/months with the goal of shutting his haterz up come contest day.

Contest days arrives and he places behind 2 stringy guys who are older than him and probably just on TRT, posts one carefully selected picture of him and stops the rest from being published.

Operation shutting the haterz up comprehensively fails and he proceeds to have a full blown meltdown on Facebook.
