My personal vote would be for a temporary reprieve to let him battle it out with Tim Heck on here while we all watch and abuse him from the sidelines. Provoke him until he's about to go nuclear then ban him again and watch him melt on Facebook.

But if he's perma-banned for serious legal reasons, that's fair.
