High bar squats are harder than low bar squats and the better bodybuilding style squat than a low bar powerlifting style. It doesn't make anything easier it makes it considerably harder. Case in point I won't use it for a 1 rep max attempt. Maybe if you had trained high bar squats you would have had some legs on stage yourself back in 1982. Tell us more about your 46 trophies in the bantamweight class. Or better yet tell us how you were squatting 500lbs ass to grass for reps at 145lbs with 16 inch quads again lol

It doesn`t change the fact that I`ve done multiple sets of 10 with 315,225 for 20......I intentionally stopped at 20 at the end of  a leg day decades ago,370 for a triple just during a leg day, just for fun......and dropped ass and broke parallel with 405 like a human freight elevator and stood back up with it.... legs or no legs............stuff he`s yet to do, and more than likely will never do despite outweighing me by a ton, and more than likely Spencer will hit those numbers before this weakling ever does.

BTW....a stingray is not needed to do high bar squats.......millions of Olympic lifters do them all the time and have done so for eons without one, but thanks for explaining to me why the sissy ass thing is used (by sissies only) and what it`s used for.

In all the gyms I`ve ever been to or trained at, there is always one at the bottom of a milk crate covered up by other miscellaneous junk/fads that are never used by any serious trainers.
