Brian has no legs. If he dropped the weight in half and did sets of 12-20 with 30-60 seconds rest between, his legs asshole would explode.

1 more maybe after another rest pause but I try to do all reps with perfect form, I don't like squeezing out reps on deadlift or squat with a breakdown in form. That 330kg deadlift looked brutal. I like to reset at the bottom and lean back slightly at the top for full lockout. 275kg x 5 is my best full deadlift effort.
