Brian cannot skip and is too unfit and uncoordinated to try.
Brian has never ever landed a proper shot on anyone in the boxing ring ever. Never.
Brian has zero cardio.
Brian took down his sparring videos because he knows how laughable they were.
Brian believes that hand size means a lot. Firstly 11’ fist is not that big- Liston had 16’ fist. Also big hands don’t bear any relation to glove weight. The glove weight is just about the amount of padding. Typically absolute newbies are encouraged to buy pillows because they cant throw a punch properly.
Brian claims he boxes 5 times a week. He doesnt. He does what is effectively boxercise
Brian is now offering people to meet. However we all know he will run to the police as he always does. That being said Brian when you reach the UK I will get in the ring with you prefer bareknuckle myself or 8-10 oz cleto reyes gloves. I guarantee you never do this you have proven yourself to be a chicken every time. Having seen your ‘bagwork’ your ‘sparring’ and your lack of fitness, cardio, footwork and telegraphing I think you would be caried out within 2 minutes.
Brian has clearly not told the gym how he could knock any 160 lb boxer out. Why?
Brian cannot box so has no right coaching his clinically obese, double chinned, sports bra mutant mongoloid bastard child to do so. When he says 1-2-1-2-1 duck spencer( like hes kevin rooney) and spencer fails to comprehend what this moron is on about is truly dumb and dumber the father and son combo.
Brian will stop boxing by the end of the year. He sticks at nothing and his only fights that we can see he has quit or tapped out every time. He’s a coward.He cant fight. Time will show this.
All we see is that he has never ever had a fight in the ring. And likely never will.
Regarding spencer brian. I pity the poor lad. Last November he was in a powerlifting circus weighing 59 lbs- he is now 75 lbs 8 months later. Kids gain 4-7 lb a year- he’s on course for 24 lb weight gain in one year. Or about 50% of his weight gained That is genuinely a health issue. He is clinically obese. Like fat brian was a s a kid. Fighting every day multiple times before skiing in aspen on hotdogs!
And as for him being the strongest or fittest or best…. He is 3427 strongest. Hahaha. Absolute dogshit.
I bet the fat chunk can barely do 20 push ups. Oh and Brian kids shouldn’t be near a heavy bag his bones haven’t fused yet. And brian you claim you have a gumshield in your pocket- its meant to go in your mouth. Also you don’t wrap your hands do you? You wear. Those little shortcut mitts- this is why your hands wont go into gloves you fuckwit.
Meanwhile in Russia

You want to do a workout Brian here goes.
Treadmill fartlek for 10 minutes intervals.
5 x 3 minutes skipping with 10 second sprints every 30 seconds.
5 x 50 jabs stepping in and out- 30 seconds between sets
5 x 50- double jabs stepping in and out
5 x 50 head/body jabs stepping in and out
Circuit of
5 x 20
Squats
Pushups
Burpees
Sit ups
2 minutes between circuits
10 minutes ladder agility work
5 x 3 minutes shadow boxing.
3 x 3 minutes heavy bag 30 seconds rest
I guarantee you don’t have the tank to do this. Why? You aren’t a boxer you are someone who pays to hit bags at a boxing gym.
This used to be what I did at 12 years of age. So I was fitter clean at 12 and a better boxer than the bald roid head at 48. Hahaha.
As for what I CAN DO NOW….. I could roll off the couch (like you did with the 405 squat) and blitz you in a round without getting a glove on me. You are the worst boxer I have seen. We are all laughing at you.
