11 punches thrown in a walk round spar in 1 minute 15. thats embarassing. of those 11 not 1 hit. the other fella who walked you roundthrew the same punches but landed easily light shots - 8. so brian you lost that minute. absolutely no cardio. loved the crossover footwork around 50 seconds- 100 per cent the worst way to traverse the ring. where is hankins hammer? hahahaha

also brian if you are going to compete you need to realise at amateur level trying to land a single heavy shot twice a round means you will likely lose every round. its all about work rate and clean punches landed. you have neither. none. a boxer with average footwork and a busy jab would cruise past you. in fact I am confident I could beat you with my southpaw right hand and only use the left to cover.

i've told you time and time again.

1- work on footwork
2- jump rope or agility ladder work
3- do roadwork- you have told people in the boxing club you are excused from this on medical grounds and also calisthenics. i will tell you now nobody will believe you and just view you as a bitch who wont work hard.

its great that your ego cant take not being good at something. its even greater that you lack the testicular fortitude to step up address it and get better. this is why boxercise is not for you. at some point in a fight you will have to dig deep. every fight you have had- MMA you either tapped out or failed to get off your stool. on your social media you are VERY selective about your prowess.

the great thing about boxing is you will get found out quickly. you can be put in with anyone +/- 10 years of your age same weight class. you will be in the under 201 lb category. and you will be bang on the limit. but for your height 5'10 you are carrying 30 pounds too much weight to be effective. at sub 178 you would move better be more efficient throw more punches. but your fragile ego wont allow it so you will continue to plod wide open like you did against clegg.
