The left created a perception of lower costs through and emergency relief funding during Covid, and refusing to admit it was temporary.  It simply puts the ACA back to it's baseline, but they're trying to frame it as Republicans raising costs.

The left is using a short term spending bill to try to foster long term policy changes.  This is horseshit.  And they're doing it to try to create the illusion that this shut down is the right's fault, because they own the house and senate.
