No such thing, Haney Ray, Levrone, Gaspari, Priest were all champs in their teens

Doesnt matter if you waste you time training for 10 years before you touch gear... totally irrelevant

there isnt any evidence that a "foundation" exists

Assisted or natty, stop training and you end up shrinking again.
If you believe you built a foundation prove me wrong by stopping gear training and food and post a pic in 6 months

How much of a foundation did Lee Priest have? Failed a drug test at the Universe at 17 and the juicing started years earlier. Arnold started at 13 if you believe Kurt Marnul and he did pretty well, he shrunk between shows but so what LOL? I could rattle of dozens of champions like this. Get in early, get out early is probably the best and healthiest formula but it's not so easy as I said. Aceto's kid got his "pro card" in one year of lifting LOL.
