There's obviously a ton of oil in his side delts (you can even see the injection lump!) and in the long (inner) head of his triceps.

What's crazy is synthol is taking gym rats to ifbb pro status in like ...well as much synthol as you can afford apparently. What used to take a decade is done in 2 years now, tops. There are ifbb pros who I watched shoot up the ranks with oil. The giveaway is always the hamstrings and lower back.
