I used to do heavy scullcrushers but eventually I got to were I was spending more time rubbing my elbows between sets than I was lifting so I reluctantly gave them up.

neck harness!loved it but my neck went to 20.5/21.5 pumped. the sleep apnea increased and quality of sleep was shite so have stopped doing them now at all. great fun though

press behind neckthe only press i do now is we have a combined side raise and press machine. I finish off my shoulders with 2-3 high rep supersets which burns like fuck! i no longer do any other pressing for shoulders
