PMMA has been used for a while mostly by women who want bigger firmer asses. Plastic surgeons in I think Brazil pioneered the concept. It's probably used to enhance lips, breasts I kind of doubt. Too much going on in breast tissue, seems risky.
Glutes are an ideal area due to poor blood flow. You can inject the shit in your ass and assuming it's sterile decent chance your body won't reject it. For bodybuilding purposes, unless you want a bigger ass I don't see the appeal. Injecting it into other muscles is INSANE due to greater blood flow to these areas.

No one ever said bodybuilders were super intelligent and this just goes to show. Historically younger guys will trade their souls to get big so if word on the street is that PMMA works and it's safe I'm sure many are using it.
