How about discussing policies? What are they going to do to make Americans lives better? Not a select few faggots and weirdos, but all Americans. How are they going to bring down taxes? How are they going to improve infrastructure, homelessness, drug addiction, housing, etc.
Being in CA I get texts from dem candidates asking me to support them, every single time it's been about stopping Trump or getting Trump in some way. It's retarded.
Do you disagree?
I don't get texts from California democrats who are candidates asking me to support them. I get both democratic and republican candidates in Oregon asking me to support them. I also get requests for support of the democratic and republican party.
I have been around too long to believe in all the campaign promises from either republican or democratic candidates. I don't care which party you pick; all candidates tell people what they want to hear. When they are elected, they rarely deliver on all their campaign promises -- so they spend much of their time making excuses including blaming the other party for the lack of follow-through.
Here is a list of proposed democratic policies, some of which I agree with and others that I don't support:
Lowering Taxes and Increasing Income Family Tax Credits: Expanding the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit and providing tax credits for working parents.
Worker Incentives: Offering tax benefits to businesses that invest in employee training, apprenticeships, and providing a second-earner tax deduction.
Corporate Tax Changes: Proposing to end tax breaks for corporate landlords and large investors to fund housing initiatives.
Improving Housing and Reducing Homelessness The American Homeownership Act: Aims to curb Wall Street buying single-family homes, reinvesting that revenue into building new, affordable units.
Increasing Supply: Increasing the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, encouraging Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and converting commercial properties into residential housing.
Infrastructure Investment: The LIFT America Act invests in broadband, clean energy, and drinking water.
Addressing Drug Addiction and HealthMedicare Negotiation: Continuing to lower prescription drug costs by allowing Medicare to negotiate prices.
Healthcare Access: Promoting "Medicare for Kids" to cover all children under 18 and expanding mental health and addiction services.
Infrastructure DevelopmentBipartisan Infrastructure Law: Continuing implementation to modernize roads, bridges, and public transit.
Clean Energy: Investing in grid resilience, water infrastructure, and electric vehicle charging networks.
