that brings back memories when I was a kid, I used to train in my parents basement and sometimes if it rained my mom would hang the wash in my gym area making it impossible to lift.. on those days I would just use a dan lurie roman chair and do 1000 sit up type exercises.

It´s a shame you can´t get these old benches anymore, obviously one can improvise but i would love an old school one
