Getting HCG though is a pain in the ass. You have to order from special pharmacies. They also jacked up their prices. But that's because the dollar is a shitcoin. And you need to consult with them and pay fees. I'll have to compare Jay's prices and see if they work with insurance companies. I can get cypionate through my doctor and will find out if he can prescribe HCG as well. I have not been on TRT for a few years, and plan starting again. I have quite a stash of cypionate that might rival Wes' collection.  ;D

I'm 315lbs right now and feel fine, with low blood pressure, but I want to get my weight down to at least 275lbs and then 250lbs. I looked decent at 275lbs a few years ago.

Considering inflation, I am glad I got off everything years ago.

You like cypionate over enanthate? There's an argument by some that it's inferior to enanthate. Europeans went with enanthate and Americans with Cyp waay back. Apparently Americans thought cyp was less painful but these fellas feel it's the opposite. I mean it "works" but this may be mildly interesting to you. There's a longer discussion if you search on YT, but here's a short.

I got a big stash of test too that was too painful for my friend. He gave me 33 bottles of test, half cyp and half enan, too bad they must have used some shit oil, probably a synthetic like ethyl oleate or something :'(

In your situation you could even play with HCG monotherapy, or enclomiphene or kisspeptin and so on, if you didn't want to jump on test straight away. Steve did a year of HCG monotherapy and tracked his test when he wanted to get his gf pregnant.

Steve did an interesting segment on carrier oils. I'd want my TRT test in castor oil if possible. Makes it slower, keeps levels more stable.

Haha, okay, I’ll ask my doctor about enanthate — I’m not sure.

Interestingly, HCG boosted my libido way more than testosterone did. I’ll probably also see my testosterone levels rise just by losing weight. A couple of years ago, I spent a month doing a lot of work and cleaning around the house, lost a fair amount of weight, and started getting morning wood every other day — all without using testosterone or HCG.

I mean cyp will work, just thought of this ester debate. There's also a study on overweight men and letrozole where it was effective at raising their test. As I'm sure you know there's lots of aromatase enzyme in fat cells. I've only taken a few shots of HCG as supply has been spotty from gym bros :D I think I will go on true HRT for a while, I'll see if I can score some pharma Nebido Test Undecanoate amps. Right now I'm administering only 15mg of enanthate subq daily, basically high physiological range I think.

Started back on a bit of test myself.

How much? :D I'm guessing you can't be bothered to split up the injection over the week for most stable levels? :D Some TRT practitioners like the every day injection approach but in the past they figured once every two weeks was the most most users could tolerate but of course after a week levels were low and at 2 weeks probably really hypogonadal. I think ESFitness got his TRT cyp injection in prison every two weeks.

If anyone is familiar with this Wes Watson character, via Jon Bravo etc, he's lost a ton of size recently. He's looking at some prison time and I suspect he's looking for a legit script so he can have his TRT in prison.

I can't really be bothered with that, I dont find any problems doing it infrequently. I just started with 150mg to assess and see how my physiology and psychology changes but around 300 a week-10 days or start prep seriously for May shows.

In Canada you have to have bloodwork done and have low T levels before they will prescribe trt
Is that the same with these U.S clinics?

Yes it is. They won't initially prescribe TRT if your levels are 500-600. But once you're on it, they don't get too alarmed by high T levels, unless it is way above normal.

Ok so im guessing guys are going off gear before going for bloodwork trying to crash their levels enough to get a prescription?

If they let you self-inject then obviously it's easy to get prescribed a "max" dose by underdosing a bit before tests. And lowering test to get a script is so easy. No, not going without sleep or overtraining, just taking a tiny dose of oral anabolics for a few days before blood draw. For example IIRC Anavar at just 15mg will lower test by 30% in 3 days.

You don't even have to get off steroids per se, just test. A serious endo would know what you are doing but I doubt the clinics care, they just care about making money.
I mean you could switch to test prop or test suspension for a few weeks, then be off for a week and then test low LOL.

I once attempted to get TRT and the doc warned me that they would know by blood work if I was supplementing extra on top of the prescribed test and I snickered inside. He would go by the test level obviously but also hematocrit but that is another easy one to circumvent. Incidentally I heard some time ago that this doc lost his license for overprescribing test, go figure.

There is no refrigerated HCG in Portugal,  not even veterinarian. Pretty sure nowhere in europe also.
