Good photos.

Regardless of who wins, Doran, Coleman and Heath all better than Lunsoford.

And can we stop with this whole ridiculous notion of Dorian Yates being “grainy.” It does not even make sense. It’s like when they say people’s quads are “feathered.”

Grainy, shredded, ripped, all the same crap.

It's not the same at all. Grainy means unhealthy dickskin, about to have an aneurysm look. Not every bb can achieve this look nor is it something to be desired from an aesthetics point of view

I bet Arnold had more fun in the Seventies and Eighties than all those striated ass growth hormone wannabees put together    ;D

Ultimately he got what really counts: the most money and the most pussy    ;D

Most bodybuilders of the 90s were then considered grainy. Why does the word grainy only get associated with Dorian? Munzer would be considered grainy by your standards, yet people don’t say Munzer was grainy. It’s a bullshit word associated with Dorian. We can just drop the word grainy and say many bodybuilders are unhealthily conditioned.

Here's an offseason photo where Dorian's feet are angled out, making his thighs look wider.

Odd that Ronnie figured the pose out but Dorian didn’t.

No, you just don't get it.

No, you’re using ridiculous statements with zero justification. Hope this helps.

Well it's not Lunsford. Too squat in body structure, torso is too long for too short-ish thighs, the thighs are splayed akwardly, and the lats don't originate far enough down around the hips and lumbar region.

I'll be controversial, and only because we're judging THESE pics (and not the BEST Ronnie pic). In this pic, it's clear to see Ronnie's left side is atrophying, throwing off his symmetry. The left lat has atrophied and pulled away from the origin around the spine. The infraspinatus has atrophied, as has the teres major. It throws off what should be a winning pose for him. And (this is my opinion), his glutes are too over-developed, throwing off his proportions on the pose. He has outstanding arms, bone structure, hamstrings...

That puts it between Heath and Yates in these pics. It's not one Heath can win. He shows well in the arms and calves, but Dorian's calves are as good/better. Phil's squattish bone structure makes Yates more aesthetic in the pose (Yates' longish legs, shortish torso). Heath's hams and glutes are better conditioned, but Yates' back is better conditioned and separated. Heath shows remarkable lat thickness top to bottom, but there's a lack of hardness there that betrays him. So, Heath loses to Yates.

1. Yates
2. Heath
3. Ronnie (a pic of a prime Ronnie instead of beat-up Ronnie would have likely won)
4. Lunsford

Thank you for describing Ronnie, Dorian, and Phil to us all. We now understand what each one looks like.  ::)

Every iteration of this account goes through this cycle - he returns, starts slow, tells same stories, then gets annoying and gets banned.
