There is an argument he is receiving kisunla which is why his hand is often discolored and covered, generally once a month. There was also some argument he had a TIA which may have explained his unexplained absence and facial drooping which is a side effect. He definitely shows signs of dementia in the early stages but that could also be age related cognitive decline. His word salads are actually much much better lately, there was a point where he was making zero sense and sounding completely gone. It's a pretty effective drug for early stages and I believe there is a strong family history.

That is the argument that is made, but it doesn’t hold up. Law enforcement has always been dangerous.
