As for Kennedy, no actions have been taken against him from either the Army or the Maryland NG. Kennedy's attorney is Shawn Ryan's attorney, Tim Parlatore and even though it's quiet, defamation lawsuits have been are pending against Tucker and the Antihero podcast.
