i used to have that on tape. Levrone was way off for that show. He looked good but wasnt up to his 1994 mass/cuts package.


Dillett was close to or at his all time best.

Ronnie was absolutely huge at the show, as was Nasser.

Flex was very mad that Kevin Beat him (again).  Flex was mad that Kevin beat him at the 1996 ASC too.

Yates was at his smallest in years but his lats and back cuts just owned everybody.

im watchin the 96 olympia on vhs as i type ... all the bbs look great till they stand next to dorian ... and you dont really apreciate how massive dorian was untill you see the silhouette of his massive back walkin onstage to do his routine. hes f'uckin alarmingly hyyooooge from the back ... nasser really had arrived on the scene with that showin .. but shawny , the moanin bastard got the nod for second.

i pick nasser just about beatin dorian from the front .. his biceps are monstrous  ... but as usual turn around and the deficit is clawed back ... and then some.

why do all the black guys pose to soul/r&b music ?? how cheesy is that?

Ronnie was 250lbs at the 1996 Mr Olympia !! he looked good in that clip , his stomach was flat as a board .

his back is surprisingly massive. couldnt pose for toffeee though ..

And he didn't start winning until he put on more size.  He did what he had to do to get recognized by the judges.

but with all that size he looked 'wobbly'. but effin hell .. the f'uckin size is unbelievable!

Wrong , wrong and more wrong , he beat Flex Wheeler that year at 250lbs , 1997 he had a string of victories all at that weight and you guessed it he won the Mr Olympia at that weight !!

Levrone's routine was lame. "You have been chosen by God. Take what is yours" LAME! So obviously K-Lo's voice too.

Dillett's routine alone is worth the price of the tape. He COULD NOT pose. He looked to be exhausted and the pain and effort of tring to hold any pose was HILARIOUS. He's one of my favs, but its hard not to laugh.

dude i heard yates was 260lbs but he looked smaller than 1995...how can that b possible when ur looking small but by the scale ur heavy?so wat did yates really weigh in for olympia 1996...ND got any idea?

96 yates was approx 250-256 lbs. 
95 was 255-257

Actually Dorian weighed 260 in 1994, 255 in 1995 and 260-even in 1996. He was actually heavier in 1996 than in 95, but was less full - may have been due to his deciding to err on the side of caution due to the diuretics testing that was implemented that year.
