Miller has a weak/receding chin, a skinny neck, and a bulb-shaped head.  The beard + hair really helped him.  Today he looks ghoulish.  He needs to use the hair to obscure his weird head shape, and use the beard to fill out his lower face.  (And trt+dbol+whatever to help with the pencil neck.)

Interestingly, the Law and Order meme guy has the same haircut/Norwood status as Miller does today, but he can pull it off because he has a much stronger jaw, a more powerful neck, and a squarish head.
