Accutane ASAP. I know a young fella who had hypogonadism which was not steroid induced and his TRT was making him break out badly so they put him on Accutane while pausing his TRT meanwhile and it worked very well. Drastic change in physique after getting off the TRT plus he had join pains from the Accutane and couldn't lift. Everything came back very quickly once he was done with the drug.
