Who cares anymore? The whole world is doomed. We’re all exposed to everything!

Think about a lifetime of X-Rays, cell phones, city water, pollution in the air, all the crap in the foods over our lifetimes, germs on money, medications, plastic water bottles, our clothes, laundry detergent.

We just have to do the best we can when we can. But the damage is done.
Yes, imagine when we had none of all the things you listed 200 years ago.. people died at 50

Bodybuilders die before 50 nowadays.

Bhanky is on borrowed time.

Are bodybuilders supposed to put honey or splenda on top of their french toast?

They shouldn't be eating french toast. Too many carbs.

The meat most Anericans eat not only has lots of antibiotics in it, but also loads of injected hormones. I guess that's why most Americans are so short. They have been eating meat full of injected hormones since childhood.

Are these facts? Euros don't use any antibiotics for their animals? I don't know, I'm asking.

I wish they injected our meat supply with trenbolone. I'd be very jacked!

Isn't it used in the US anymore? I'm sure you've eaten trenbolone treated meat. The idea is that it's out by the time of slaughter. Otherwise lots of athletes would be failing drug tests. You know in the 90s the bodybuilders' trenbolone came from veterinary animal implants which could easily be bought at vet supply stores.

Decades ago some people, I think in Spain, ended up in the hospital because the liver they ate was full of clenbuterol. It was used for the same reason trenbolone is used in the US.
