I only watched a few seconds but the narrator is a real wimp. It's one thing to be critical of bodybuilding but this "what is the point of all this... it's all meaningless." What insight! What is meaningful, doing youtube vids crying about others' lifestyle choices while looking real feminine?

This John Jewett guy is one of the "conservative" guys if you are to believe him. I mean like test and primo and then ONE oral at a modest dose for ONE WEEK before a show. No diuretics, no cutting water except for controlling water intake for a few HOURS on show day. Nothing crazy, not even heavy carb loading, that might hurt the tummy
