The next level of conditioning
« on: May 07, 2006, 12:19:50 PM »
As we've seen how the conditioning of bodybuilders from the 70's to now has increased dramatically, where can it go in the future? I mean HOW can you be any more shredded than this?

the level of conditioning as backed off a little since the 90's.

A couple of deaths & people dropping backstage like a piece of stiff wood made some changes to the level of conditioning

aside from the huge oral intake it's not a crazy amount, but it's that crazy oral usage that melted his liver and kidneys, unbelievable.

it cant improve thats the answer

neither can size without further stomach distension

so the future has to be shape which comes alot more down to genetics unfortunatly

the future is a BB with huge mass totally shreaded and a great shape where as up until recently it has been size size size. with all the drugs now attainable many pros can get that "freak" look the next generation will be all about freaks with shape.

Conditioning has become somewhat more reasonable... Munzer was an example of pushing bbing way too far.

i think the fact that pros dont look as cut has more to do with the fact that they r so huge there muscles dont have the same separation they all kinda run into each other

the lack of the same amount of diuretics has more to do with it IMO

less have died lately but thats more to do with greater knowledge of pottasium / sodium levels

u still get BBs like Mustafa nearly dying every other show

i havent got the first clue about anabolic drugs so that list means absolutely fuck all to me. But im sure i wouldnt go near anything like it!  ;D

I would say the best conditioning ive seen lately is Paco's on his pro debut, and he didnt have an ounce of oil on him! Dorian is still yet to be surpassed though, nobody has ever come into a show with conditioning even close to his best

most pros have to work hard at loseing water but i dont think dex finds it to much of a problem theres no way he wud be so consistant without any "near death experiences"

this is so stupid.  a few of the best conditioned BBs ever i know from their mouths that they didnt use many diuretics.  Some others that i havent spoken to personally, i know by word of mouth they dont either....

Nowadays people rely on diuretics hoping they are just "holding water" becuase in reality they are just fat.

If they ARE shreaded, 75% of them got that way overloading on t3 and clen etc... rather than hard work, beucase i know PLENTY of people who have gotten shreaded using very little of this stuff.

Work hard... dont take shortcuts.... only use what is NECESSARY and no more

You really are a retard.
Dexters conditioning is primarily from his genetics!

I'm no scholar, but there are some 3rd grade grammar students on this board.
Loseing - Losing
Wud - Would
Consitant - Consistent

Nothing personal, but finishing high school is a good idea.

I saw Andreas at one of The Night of the Champions in NY.  Pictures don't do him any justice...he hit this quad-shake most muscular crab, the entire audience went wild!

i think Munzer was genetically gifted in this area though...i mean he tended to be very lean year round.

i can understand it taking him to the brink...but probably cannot blame the drugs...

more like the other stuff he was doing with fluids, dieting, carbs, activity etc...forming the lethal cocktail.

ultra low water levels, depleted diet and lasix on it's own spell danger.

heck forget even the water levels...take too much lasix and say a permanent goodnight. i think momo found the same.
