The thing is, I just asked ChatGPT the translation in the Brave Browser, without being logged in, and connected via VPN. It still complied. So maybe YOU have been identified as a threat?!!

I would argue that an IP address can't be used to identify you. We all have WIFI. It's possible to remotely control computers. I have done that myself. I would just say it was not me because someone could have been on my WIFI or logged onto my computer remotely and done things to impersonate or frame me.

It will then tell you we are distinct from chimpanzees even though we are 98-99% genetically the same

Why isnt the difference between us and apes a social construct?
I asked it that and it moved the goalposts to 99.9% the same as opposed to 98% for apes and humans
