Being bald has a lot to do with tense muscle.
The problem is that if you do not start early to prevent hair loss it is pretty much a lot of work to get it back and one has to be patient to which extent it will come back.
I personally did scalp massages on and off and where there was no hair there's some now - how thick it may regrow I do not know.
