Would be interesting though, if Hitler was reborn as a Leader in Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, France, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Whole Balkans and Estonia, Lithuania etc
What would happen? 
Hitler is not really important - global money is. People can be motivated in many direction... as in our case - self destruction, if money is being spent on "proper" propaganda.
As long as "Völkisch-ness", being of proper blood, is not ingrained into the fabric of European nations(including all European settlements globally) then there is no real glimmer of hope in sight.
Europe would also be able to recover somewhat if global money was interested in it. A real danger is India which has been exporting its useless DNA for quite some time now. I do not know China's position but they are also keen on controlling Europeans to diminish another possible threat. It seems they are trying to decipher the propaganda we used to fall prey to and use it against us.
As I said before - being European(besides in some settlements all over the globe - Brazil, Australia, etc.) will be reserved for the well off segments of populations worldwide. European genes will be the genetic equivalent of Gucci & Prada Accessoires.
