Speaking of weird fixations, I remember Bostin Loyd saying he had a whole cabinet full off needles and syringes he got for free but used the same needle to inject for months on end until it was all bent, washing it in benzyl alcohol. He didn't want to "waste money." Incidentally, gh15 also talked about just dipping used needles in alcohol for reuse

Haha when I started out the needles were hard to get, harder than the gear itself. I only reused once though. Rarely switch out the needle on insulin pens, less risky than IM roid injections In Sweden the needles are legal as per EU rules but pharmacies have decided they will not sell them without an Rx so I have to order from Denmark

I hate insulin pens though I have used them of course.....just drew up some rubbing alcohol and re-used the pin quite a few times......I got lucky....never had a problem doing it.

I only used insulin pins on Delts IM.
