Went to the animal rescue recently- need advice

I got three dogs nobody else wants

1- swedish, lots of yap but wont leave the house and has a bowel complaint. literally shits itself over anything
2- scottish, cant stop it trying to sniff bitches arses but when they show interest he cant perform. has run away from every confrontation so far
3- south african- absolute runt of the litter. tried to mate once but she fucked him off. since then he just mopes round his box crying. he's on meds.

whats weird is all three of them literally shit themselves if a black male approaches. after its gone and is safely out of distance they growl and make out they were ready to do something. the black dog just laughs at them. the scottish one caught a black male hammering his bitch and just went to sleep.

my issue is this- they are apparently all male dogs but the vet can find no evidence whatsoever of any balls on all three. it appears they have all been neutered. what do i do?
