Okay Lets think about what we are trying to accomplish with this pose ... to show the detail of the entire back with emphasis on the upper back,rhomboidsetc, and also the bicep peak from the rear and rear side delts.. I probobally missed some things ... okay my trainer has told me when posing it is an illusional effect ..your head should be straight like a pole from the top of your head going down to the center of your body do not look down , chest needs to be up and out and you should be pulling your shoulder blades together feel them pinch .. what this picture looks like is your hunching over looking down when you should be up and out... hope that helps good luck ... also on your arms ... what seperates a big arm or lets say a detailed arm is lower bicep development this means full extension preacher curls all the way down never cheat... think about it you want that lower brachiallis development you know your getting bigger when you start to sweat in that little crook in the arm just before the elbow this means your bicep is growing and getting longer ... Larry Scott has an awesome bicep routinne and this guy is old and his arms are still huge... check it out my arms are getting better with this routine.
